An Really good Family Getaway!

After returning from therapy, we found cheerful surprises waiting at our door, delighting my daughter. The breakfast spread was fantastic, especially the waffle station. Don't miss checking out the nearby fish market for a local treat!

All the staff was outstandingly helpful. We had brand-new and well-run room with safe. Vegetarian breakfast was hot and super with many options to choose from...

Convenient location. Close to all the sights. Nearby bus stop at the airport.

The hotel is near to all sightseeing places within walking distance (5-8min). The family room is very big & comfy.

Unfortunately, I expected more. I used to stay at the Oslo hotel of the chain, I was delighted. I didn't like the hotel that much in Bergen. I don't think it's worth the money. 1. It's a great location. Great location. Beautiful neighborhood, around the corner of the starbucks, lots of restaurants, including a 24-hour shop. 2. Cozy interior of the room, I liked the colors. That will be all.

1. There's nothing in the room. No slippers, bathrobe, shoe spoons, toothbrush, soap, fridge... easier to list. Liquid gel soap and towels... 2. The bathtub in the bathroom is old, shabby, water was constantly dripping into it from the shower, it was very nervous. The dripping went on all night, even though it was off. 3. Bad plumbing. Very weak shower head. Weak toilet flushing... 4. Very good audibility. You can even hear the squeaking of the bed in the next room, let alone the natural toilet needs. 5. The room windows were facing the street, right into someone else's triangle house across the street. I could see the room across the street perfectly, I think they could see mine too. If the room price was lower, I wouldn't have said a word. But still a hotel with a claim, I'd like more!

I adored the nautical decor throughout the hotel. It reflected Bergen's maritime heritage. The spacious common areas were easily navigable. Plus, the complimentary coffee station was a good touch!

More accessible seating in dining area would help.

tea/coffee tray in the room - very poor choice.

The room was spacious, but the bathroom had mold and stale air.

A little run down premises and really uncomfortable beds. Staff not english speakers and did not care about it.

Fine location - ok rooms

Expensive compared with other places - but I guess Bergen / Norway is expensive.

The friendly staff and spacious room with a great view made it so comfortable. The breakfast buffet was a highlight with an excellent variety that kept me energized for my adventures.

Not aircondition in room,it was lot of dust under bed and on night tables,bit noisy to sleep with open window

The good thing about this hotel -- excellent location.

This is not a 4-star hotel. Rooms are outdated, carpet in the corridors smells and has a lot of dirty spots. Breakfast is poor. Breakfast room is not organized and properly cleaned during breakfast time.
