An Exceptional Family Getaway!

Our family had an unforgettable stay! After returning from therapy, we found cheerful surprises waiting at our door, delighting my daughter. The breakfast spread was fantastic, especially the waffle station. Don’t miss checking out the nearby fish market for a local treat!

I adored the nautical decor throughout the hotel. it truly reflected Bergen's maritime heritage. The spacious common areas were easily navigable, making it very welcoming for seniors. Plus, the complimentary coffee station was a delightful touch!

More accessible seating in dining area would help.

Added to this, the noise at night from the surrounding area was unbearable, where it sounded like I was right next to a pub. I was expecting a peaceful stay, but instead, I was kept awake by loud party-goers and street noise.

However, the lighting in my room was quite dim, making it difficult to read or find items in the closet. Also, I noticed some areas, particularly in the hallway, could use a good clean. Overall, a solid choice with excellent service and amenities, just needs a bit of attention to detail in cleanliness and lighting.

Highly recommend for pet owners

We traveled with our two dogs and they actually provided us a dog bed and water bowls! The room was spacious and well-maintained. The staff were super helpful and friendly, they really went out of their way to make us feel welcome

I stayed for 2 nights in a Standard Double Room and loved the free-flow coffee area. it was perfect for warming up on chilly days. The hotel offered a fantastic sauna, perfect for unwinding, although I wish they had an on-site restaurant for dinner—plenty of great spots are just around the corner though! Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to anyone visiting Bergen. ☕️
